SimpleSheet Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SimpleSheet, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Description of Service

SimpleSheet provides micro-applications that work within your Google Sheets, allowing you to maintain control of your data while accessing enhanced functionality. Our service integrates with Google Drive and Google Sheets APIs to provide these features.

User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
• You must not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• You are responsible for all data you input into the service

Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data created or managed through SimpleSheet. Your spreadsheets and data remain in your Google account. SimpleSheet does not claim ownership of your content or data.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

Alpha Testing

SimpleSheet is currently in alpha testing. During this phase:

• Service may be unstable or have limited functionality
• Features may change or be removed without prior notice
• Access may be restricted to invited users only
• We may reset or modify user data as needed for development

Limitation of Liability

SimpleSheet is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or any other commercial damages.

Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or revoking access through your Google account settings. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or for operational reasons.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
